When you order from us, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item
Free ship items apply to locations within the continental United States. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the continental US. Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
Large or heavy items typically ship within three business days. Freight delivery is typically 2-6 business days. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. Please keep the product packaging. You’ll need it if you have to return your item.
If your package arrives damaged, please call us within five working days at 909-930-0168. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
